Shipping Policy - Rataj Watches

1. Pre-order model - shipping timeline

The RTJ-01 is sold as a pre-order. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page. Once production and quality control are complete, orders will be fulfilled sequentially and each customer will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

2. Domestic shipping (Poland)

Watches are shipped via insured, tracked courier service. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1-3 business days. Shipping cost is shown during checkout.

3. International shipping

We ship to EU countries and selected countries outside the EU. International shipments are sent via insured, tracked courier. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3-10 business days depending on the destination.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. Rataj Watches has no control over and does not cover these charges.

4. Shipment insurance

Every shipment is insured for the full order value. In case of damage or loss, please contact ratajwatches@gmail.com - we will handle the carrier claim.
