1. General provisions

1. The online store ratajwatches.com ("Store") is operated by Igor Rataj, sole proprietor trading as Rataj Watches, ul. Sienkiewicza 30a/20, 50-335 Wrocław, Poland, VAT ID: PL8982333491 ("Seller").
2. The Store sells mechanical watches under the Rataj Watches brand, including via pre-order.

2. Definitions

Customer - any natural or legal person placing an order in the Store.
Consumer - a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase unrelated to their business or professional activity.
Pre-order - an order with a deferred fulfillment date where payment is collected at the time of order and the product is shipped at a later, specified date.
Order - a declaration of intent by the Customer to enter into a sales contract, submitted through the Store.

3. Placing orders

1. Orders can be placed 24/7 at ratajwatches.com.
2. For the RTJ-01, the Customer selects a piece number (001-100). The selected number is reserved upon placing and paying for the order.
3. Placing an order and completing payment constitutes a binding sales contract.
4. Upon placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation email.

4. Pre-order and personalization

1. The RTJ-01 is sold as a pre-order. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page.
2. The RTJ-01 is a personalized product - the case back is engraved with the individual piece number chosen by the Customer.
3. The Seller will make every effort to meet the estimated shipping date. In case of delays, the Customer will be notified by email.
4. Pre-order cancellation rules are set out in the Return & Cancellation Policy.
5. The shipping date is an estimate and does not constitute a delivery guarantee.

5. Prices and payments

1. All prices include VAT and are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN).
2. The price at the time of order is binding.
3. Available payment methods: Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards), BLIK, bank transfers, and other methods indicated during checkout.
4. Payment is collected at the time of order, including for pre-orders.

6. Delivery

1. Orders are fulfilled domestically and internationally - details in our Shipping Policy.
2. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.
3. Watches are shipped via insured, tracked shipment.
4. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery.

7. Complaints and warranty

1. The Seller is liable under statutory warranty for physical and legal defects for 2 years from delivery.
2. RTJ-01 watches carry an additional voluntary 24-month manufacturer's warranty - details in the Return & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content in the Store (photos, descriptions, renders, logos, graphics) is the property of the Seller. Copying, distributing, or using Store materials without written consent is prohibited.

9. Personal data

Personal data processing rules are set out in our Privacy Policy at ratajwatches.com/policies/privacy-policy.

10. Final provisions

1. These Terms are effective from the date of publication in the Store.
2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes do not apply to orders placed before their effective date.
3. Matters not covered are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
4. Disputes with Consumers will be resolved amicably where possible, otherwise by the competent court under Polish law. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
